I have been using remote desktop on my MAC for about 2 years, for a PC based programme that I need for work. Within the last few months information technology has been crashing a lot and even deleted my plan a few times recently. Is anyone else having these issues?

I try not to modify from MAC to a PC so I want to go access to my files and programs I have access to when I use a PC. I have some effect with RemoteApp and Desktop Connection, I tin can download the .rdp file on my MAC just it withal only download the file fifty-fifty I have installed the Microsoft Remote Desktop and choosen to use it when open up the .rdp file. What do I exercise wrong? Its on a Windows Server 2012

Even creating .rdp files on my PC and using the MRD app on my Mac to import the file results in no connection betwixt the two devices. I just cannot fathom why this app refuses to work past manually inbound the data or using the import office.
